Love this.

“For success, like happiness, cannot be pursued; it must ensue, and it only does so as the unintended side-effect of one’s personal dedication to a cause greater than oneself or as the by-product of one’s surrender to a person other than oneself. Happiness must happen, and the same holds for success: you have to let it happen by not caring about it.” Victor Frankl

If you like to write, write! We put way too much pressure on ourselves and get twisted up about things we want to be doing. When I was a kid, I wrote stories. Parts of my adult life I didn’t write because I was afraid of failing at writing. That’s some human nonsense.

We are already everything we need. You’re already a successful writer, so feel like one. Write from love, not fear.
