So true about decision fatigue.

Couple of personal add-ons: Marker board (for passing goals and reminders), make the bed every morning, and learn to tolerate at least a little chaos.

No clutter is really good, but having a dog (and the resulting hair) helps to remind me that I'm not really in control at the end of the day.
